You don't need an account to swap. Pick your pair and amount, review the best route, and enter your receiving address. The provider will show you a deposit address — send your crypto there, and your swapped funds arrive at the address you entered.

Common questions
Do I connect a wallet?
No. SingleSwaps never connects to your wallet and never asks you to sign anything. You simply send funds to the deposit address shown for your swap.
What's the refund address for?
It's optional. If a swap can't complete, funds are returned to your refund address (or your sending address if supported by the provider).
Why did the amount change slightly?
Rates are floating — the final amount depends on the provider and network conditions at the moment of execution. The quote is an estimate.
My swap is taking a while.
Timing depends on the provider and network confirmations. Check the live status; if it stalls, contact support with your order ID.
I sent the wrong asset / wrong network.
Sending an asset or network other than the one shown on the deposit screen may be unrecoverable. Always match the asset and network exactly.
